The Master of Public Health Program makes a genuine effort to enable interested and qualified applicants to pursue graduate study at the University of Florida. Please read all instructions below to ensure you understand all application procedures and materials required.

You must apply to, and be accepted by, both the University of Florida and the MPH Program in order to pursue a Master of Public Health degree. Please note that, as described below, applying to the University and to the MPH program are two separate steps.

You can access the application form at the Graduate School web site or at the links listed below; however, we strongly encourage you to review the Graduate School web site prior to applying to ensure you understand all required materials and procedures.

The MPH Program needs to receive copies of the above items (transcript, scores, and application), plus:

The MPH Program office may obtain your application and GRE scores from the UF Office of Admissions if you notify the MPH Program office that you have submitted these materials. In some cases, we may also be able to retrieve your transcripts (if you attended UF as an undergraduate or these are available electronically). Please notify the MPH Program that you have submitted materials to the UF Office of Graduate Admissions.
